gameinformer.com

When I visit their site, I keep getting an error:
"this page requires AC-RunActiveContent.js"

I've never seen this error before. Anyone else getting it?

Looks like it doesn't like Firefox. I loaded it in I.E. just fine. I
did get a Flash alert then it took me right in.

In Firefox I get the error you mention, but I can still click the link
to enter the site.

That's because Firefox won't install ActiveX controls or Flash elements
without your consent, and sometimes won't at all. Many sites use AX to
hijack your PC, especially your browsing. IE6 and 7 won't install AX (except
for Flash, which it will), unless you allow it from the prompt at the
toolbar level at the top of the window in IE.

In the case of GI, mitch simply needs to manually install Flash player from
Adobe.
