Although these are music videos, they are being recognized for their video aspect, not the musical.

I would suggest watching them all, and although the term brilliant may be a stretch, most of these are very clever.

Also feel free to add any videos that you think should have made it onto this list but didn't.

Most of these are pretty new to me, but thar be some epicness lurking in that list.

Definitely nowhere near as predictable or dumb of a list as I had been expecting.

[Rainbow Deluxe]

Favorites:

"One More Time" by Daft Punk: I've always loved this video and song. Especially when it first aired on MTV.

"Bitter Sweet Symphony" by The Verve: I actually heard this song and I've never seen the music video before, so it's cool that I got to.

"Street Spirit (Fade Out)" by Radiohead: I've always just been a Radiohead fan, so it's no secret I'd like this music video.

"What's A Girl To Do?" by Bat for Lashes: I personally like the animal masks, don't know about you guys.

"You Only Live Once" by The Strokes: This song, not to mention the music video, is just wow. That's all I can really say about it.

"A View from the Afternoon" by Arctic Monkeys: This is by far the most effective one, in my opinion.
