I normally don't post my art on forums but I just spent 7 or so hours working on this one non-stop and I really want opinions, please gimmie the truth. Tell me what ya think....

Hmm... Well, you wanted honesty, and.. to me, there's just too much going on at once. :\ That's all I can say on the subject, as I'm not into the dark/macabre art. XD

I can, however, suggest you move that sigil over the, what looks like a portal. Have it directly over it. And, for that other symbol on the far left, it seems a bit out of place... If possible move it to where the, what seems like an eye, or the 'center' of the piece over the start of that 'sun glow' to the right of the woman.

That's all I can suggest. See how it works out?

In my personal opinion, it would be better if the chick wasn't in it. But, it is good nonetheless. Much better than anything I could ever do. I'm just good with blending and coloring people's hair and eyes. >>

I posted what I thought of it on your page. But overall, I found it to be very nice. And the girl isn't overdoing it.

She isn't, but the composition is terrible.

Yeah I know, the main thing I did was the girl and then I wanted a background for it. The parto n the left was added because it looked to black with nothing there at all...

Maybe just tone the contrast down and/or increase the blending for her and the other elements of the picture so the whole thing looks less like a collage. I don't use imaging software, but I'd imagine it might be hard to blend those objects with that background color in any case. The seals are impressive—it's just their juxtaposition that are conspicuous.

Just my random thoughts at a glance.
