Games you'll play over and over

What are some games that no matter how many times you play through them, they never seem to get old? How many times have you beaten said game(s)?

Fighting games, racing games, puzzle games, and the like don't count since there's usually infinite replay value in those to begin with.

For me:

Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II (PS2) - Beaten it a good 9 or 10 times and I never get tired of it regardless of knowing exactly what happens and when it'll happen.
Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes (GCN) - I'm not sure how many times I've beaten it, but it's fun to play and just mess around with the stealth camoflauge or play through the game normally again.
Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance (PS2) - Again, not sure how many playthroughs I have, but I can play this over and over without getting bored.
Super Mario World (SNES) - Whether I'm trying for full completion or just playing through the game without unlocking everything this one is always fun to play.

The Silent Hill games: I love these games to death, and have played each one several times through. I just love them for their stories and because they're great games overall; the only downside to having played them through so many times is that they start to lose their creepiness factor after a while. : (
Final Fantasy VII and VIII: Two of my favorite FF games. I used to play through them a lot when I was younger. I'd say I've played through both about 4-5 times.
Resident Evil 4: Although I like the earlier REs more for their atmosphere, I'd say that 4 is the best as far as mindless fun and replayability goes. I like to go back and play through this one just for fun sometimes, as it's a great game to play if you're bored or want to relieve some stress.

That's all I can think of right now.

Yeah, mine are all the kind of childish games, but I've never really gotten into the whole big named ones like Metal Gear or Halo. Just not my cup of tea.

LoZ:OoT 46 times!!! 3 times on master quest (Yes, theyre seperate) This is all going through the game from start to finish.
FF7 - 6 times.
FF8 - 3 times
FF9 - 3 times
Super mario world - 12 times
SMB 3 - 7 times
Kingdom Hearts 2 - 3 times
LoZ:TP - 7 times
FF12 - 3 times
RE4 - hmm... about 6-8 times
but meh... i need new games T.T
I own every kind of copy of OoT except for the virtual console on the Wii :P

Hmm... I can't play very many games without getting this horrible feeling of wasting my time when I could be playing new games but I do often find myself often playing any Metal Gear game (actually still haven't really gotten into 2: Solid Snake yet, but I will).

A Link to the Past is possibly my favorite game of all time but, not counting sessions of just messing around, I've only finished it 3 times (don't exactly want to ruin it, so I play it like once every 3-4 years).

Also need to mention Metroid: Zero Mission (pfft, my cousin lost my copy of Metroid Fusion), and I need to get a Wii so I can play Super Metroid respectably again.

Tetris? I can usually play Tetris without it being excruciating.

SUIKODEN I. I don't have II, sadly (well, I have the ISO but I don't feel like playing it like that), but III I'll bet getting soon.

Eh, I don't like this list, it reeks horribly of recessing to familiarity and not taking a chance on more deviant stuff. I just don't really feel like thinking about which other games I replay a lot, since there's a good number of them.

I never did add Smash bros. Melee to my list, surprisingly enough. I've had that game since it's release in late 2001 and kept playing it up until the very day I sold it for Brawl (Which I play even more of than Melee.)
So..
Smash Bros. Melee - About a good 6 yrs.
Smash Bros. Brawl - ALMOST played it every day, all day since I got.

Same here, although Underwater Weapon owns me each time. Ruby is a piece of cake anymore, same with the rest of the "Side Quest" bosses. I mainly play it just to master the materia now. Other than VII I constantly play any of the .hacks, along with RE4. I'm tryin' to find a 64 so I can play Orge Battle again, and Starcraft.
